Smith’s favourite toy

Smith’s favourite toy

This is Smith’s favourite toy. It is a rubber ball which has sections that move in it. It is great for his teeth. He loves to play fetch with it, however he is very reluctant to let it go once he brings it back.

Scared pug

Scared Pug

Is it me or does this pug look just a little bit scared? Have seen Ava pull this look off a few times but never able to catch it on camera.

Smith growing up as a Puppy

Smith growing up as a puppy

Hey guys,

I thought it would be nice to show you Smith when we first saw him, we had ordered Smith before he was even born so the breeder kept us up to date on his progress all the way through his first 8 weeks even taking pictures for us.

In the slideshow below is Smith growing up – hope you like them

By the way Smith’s mommy was called Bell and his daddy was called Monty. Bell was a fawn pug and Monty was a black pug.

Tongue n’ Cheek Pooches

Tongue n’ Cheek Pooches

How long is your pooches tongue? Our anipals on Twitter regularly post pics of their dogs tongues and some of them are sooooo long. It’s amazing how it actually fits into the dog’s mouth.

Pugs, Bulldogs, Boxers, and Mastiffs are said to have the longest tongue of the dog breeds. Ava and Smith don’t normally have their tongue out only when they are after a long walk or when they get excited.

See some funny long-tongued doggie pics below in the slideshow. If you want me to include your doggie in the slideshow then send me a pic via Twitter with his/her tongue out and I will include it.

Owned by a Pug

Owned by a Pug

All of us pug owners know that you don’t own a pug, they own you. From the moment they look up at you with that tilted head and those big eyes you are put under a spell by these cute little guys and gals.

You think you can train a pug like you can any other dog, but no!!!! Pugs are stubborn, a labrador called will come first time, for a pug its the third or fourth time if they come at all. Tell me if this isn’t true?

For all those pug owners out there, here is a pic of a sign that you can get for your house and we should all have it up somewhere. But hey, if we are owned by our pugs I am happy to go with it as these little guys give me enough joy and love to put up with it.

Snug as a pug in a bed

Snug as a pug in a bed

Ava and Smith just love to snuggle, if they are not snuggling with us humans, then they are snuggling with each other.

Here is a slideshow of 3 lovely pics of them snuggling each other this morning. Are they not so cute.

They normally lie on each other too and use each others as pillows.
